HELP PLENTY FIGHT EVICTION - FUNDRAISER EVENT NOV. 16
Plenty on Bell has a legal lease until September 2027, set up by longtime landlord Sean McGrath who died in October, 2024.
In March 2025, Noah Rowles, owner of Dovecote Winery, purchased the building at 508 Bell Street for a bargain price of $875,000.
Over the past six months Plenty has been dealing with Rowles and his lawyer over alleged “breaches" of the lease and unreasonable demands. The harassment in our opinion has been relentless, a familiar playbook for a landlord who is set on taking possession of a property — drain the tenant of resources by bombarding them with legal costs. Rowles has now filed a lawsuit against Plenty, Chef Jesper and Christine in his latest attempt at eviction. We have now hired a litigator to help us fight this escalation.
Please join us Sunday November 16, 5pm-7pm at Plenty on Bell, 508 Bell Street, Los Alamos for Plenty’s Legal FundRaiser Event - wine, hor's d'oeuvres and funky music. To donate....Checks made out to Plenty on Bell can be mailed to PO Box 645, Los Alamos CA 93440. Or Venmo to "Plenty on Bell". We greatly appreciate everyone's help and support.
